Kirk’s Favorite Breakfast: Oatmeal with Bananas and Soy Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of oatmeal

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Soy milk, to taste

Optional Add-ins:

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal (for Omega-3 fats)

  • A sprinkle of walnuts and cinnamon

Method:

  1. Prepare the oatmeal according to package instructions.

  2. Stir in the banana slices and pour over your desired amount of soy milk.

  3. If you like, mix in the flaxseed meal and top with walnuts and cinnamon for added nutrients and crunch.
